Before Gym; -You should not be that sweaty! 01. Put on a antiperspirant too prevent sweat or just put on deodorant.
02. Put a powder in your shoes so it absorbs the sweat I use baby powder light & fresh!
03. Fold your clothes when you take them off just don't through them anywhere. *It could make it more of a hassle too change
04. Put hair in ponytail, braid, or up in a bun espically if you wear your hair in curls like me:)
During Gym; 01. Do your best, but don't do too good wear you sweat too death.
02. Bring a water bottle if you can *My school has a drinking fountain in the gym room
03. Air youself out if your starting too feel too hott
AFTER gymm;
01. Take your time and get ready don't rush! * You usualy get 5 minuets too change Yes, I can do all this in 5 minuets it's longer than you think!
02. Re-apply your lotion if you want too espically your arms
03. Use baby wipes, wet wipes. Wipe under your arms & wipe your neck and back of neck any place you sweat.
04. Fold up gym clothes in locker don't just throw them in there it makes it harder for you.
05. I use baby powder not deodorant it mixes with the parfume so I just put a little powder on a tissue then pat my arm then pat off the rest of the powder so my armpits are not white. It's light & fresh!!! *I don't sweat during the day
06. parfume {I bring my parfume I use for the day too school with me i'm ocd about smelling good:)} Neck, spritz on each rist, back of neck, & 3 spritz on body. & two on back of body.
07. Hair do what ever you want I just need too comb the front of my hair,
08. Makeup re-apply blush, & do lips * If you have gym first period just do your makeup after gym!
09. Bring gym clothes & socks home every Friday put a little note in your gym locker. Have a bag too put your gym clothes in,
